Terms of service

Estimates & Approvals
All estimates are based on current labor rates and parts pricing. Final cost may vary due to additional labor, parts, or unforeseen issues. No additional work shall be performed without prior approval.

Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice. Accepted forms include cash, debit, credit, or approved financing. Vehicles will not be taken in for service until paid in full.

Parts Selection
New parts may carry manufacturer or supplier warranties. Used or customer-supplied parts carry no warranty and are installed at the customer’s risk.

Road Testing & Operation
You authorize Garage Monkey to operate your vehicle for diagnostic and quality-control purposes.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and disclose known issues. All personal belongings should be removed before service.

Labor & Parts Warranty
Labor performed by Garage Monkey is warranted for 1 year. Tire and part warranties are subject to manufacturer terms. Warranty does not cover normal wear, accidents, neglect, or misuse.

Tires, Alignments & Wear
Proper rotation and maintenance are required to keep tire warranties valid. Premature or uneven wear may occur due to suspension, road, or driving conditions outside the shop's control.

Liability Limitations
Garage Monkey is not responsible for theft, fire, accidents, or natural disasters. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or unrelated failures discovered before and/or after service.

Storage & Abandonment
Vehicles left at the facility after completion may incur storage fees. Vehicles not picked up within 30 days shall be treated as abandoned in accordance with state law.

Safety & Compliance
All repairs are performed to meet safety and legal standards. Unsafe modifications or non-compliant requests shall be refused.
